The Keeper stem may be too long for your personal needs. If desired, the stem may be trimmed to a shorter, more comfortable length. It is recommended that the stem remain at least one half of the original length. If the stem becomes too short, it can be very difficult to remove the Keeper.

If you look closely at the Keeper, you will notice tiny holes just below the rim of the cup. These holes are for the purpose of releasing the suction.

Your Keeper may change color in time. This does not mean its use is impaired. Feel free and safe to continue using your Keeper.

• Style A: for "AFTER" vaginal childbirth and measures approximately 1 7/8" in diameter, the bell shaped cup is 2" long and the trimmable stem is 1" long.
• Style B: for "BEFORE" vaginal childbirth, no childbirth, or if you have had cesarean births only and measures approximately 1 3/4" in diameter, the bell shaped cup is 2" long and the trimmable stem is 1" long.
