The Keeper was cleared for marketing by the FDA and also has a 3 month money back satisfaction guarantee. However, this guarantee does not cover damages from accidents, failure to follow directions, discoloration, cutting off more than half the stem, or misuse of the product.
IMPORTANT.......
There are tiny air holes just below the rim of the cup that are for the purpose of releasing the suction.
THE KEEPER stem may be too long for your personal needs. If desired, the stem can be trimmed to a shorter, more comfortable length. However, it is recommended that you DO NOT TRIM OFF MORE THAN HALF THE STEM. There are no exchanges or refunds within the 3 month money back guarantee if more than half the stem is cut off. However, if you are satisfied with the product and wish to keep the product, you may trim the stem to the length you desire but DO NOT TRIM THE STEM ALL THE WAY OFF!
Your KEEPER may change color in time. That does not mean its use is impaired. Feel free and safe to continue to use your Keeper.
The Keeper and The Keeper Mooncup are available in two styles:
- Style A: for "AFTER" vaginal childbirth and measures approximately 1 7/8" in diameter, the bell shaped cup is 2" long and the trimmable stem is 1" long.
- Style B: for "BEFORE" vaginal childbirth, no childbirth, or if you have had cesarean births only and measures approximately 1 3/4" in diameter, the bell shaped cup is 2" long and the trimmable stem is 1" long.
These instructions should be followed carefully for satisfactory results.
