“I just ordered my third Keeper. Obviously, I believe in the Keeper! I started using the Keeper in 2000 when I was traveling around the world doing research in remote places including the Australian Outback, Asian jungles, various reefs, and other remote places which lacked facilities for purchasing other menstrual products. I have endometriosis and extremly heavy flow, which I found difficult to deal with in my very active life. I dreaded my periods prior to the Keeper, but over the past 7 years, they have just become part of the routine of life. I run, bike, swim, strength train, ride horses, yoga, martial arts, and dance without any issues. I have never had a leak, and there is no odor. I never have to empty the Keeper in a public place, and it is so sanitary and environmentally friendly. I have used it while caving, rock climbing, canyoning, skydiving, and SCUBA diving. I have even dived with reef sharks without worry about leakage, something I never could have done with a tampon. I spent a year conducting research on commercial fishing boats which were always staffed completly with men and had limited or lacked toilet facilities. Fishermen don't want to ever hear anyone on the boat complain and they certainly don't want menstrual products in thier trash. The Keeper enabled me to deal with my period in this extremly tough environment without embarrasment. I also find it is far more comfortable than pads that tend to bunch up or leak, and tampons were always painful and uncomfortable for me. I tell every woman I encounter about the cup, the cost effectiveness, the health issues, the clean feeling, and the environmentally sound approach. My husband loves the Keeper because pads and tampons tend to attract dogs to the trash in the house and racoons outside of the house. And he notices that I am not constantly worried about having products around or when and where I am going to change tampons or pads. I also don't worry about ruining my clothing. This is such an amazing product. I have not worn any of mine out; I lost the first one when an entire bag of gear went overboard at work during a Nor'easter 2 years ago, and I have misplaced my last one during a cross country move, but I am unwilling to use tampons for even one cycle, so I have ordered another (plus a spare!)”

“Hello,
I am 34 years old and I had NEVER heard of menstrual cups until this past month. I was surfing on the internet and stumbled upon them by accident. I was immediately intrigued and ordered the Keeper that evening. A few days later I ordered the silicone Moon Cup too. (I figured I would try both and use the one I liked better the majority of the time and keep the other at work as I work long hours and sometimes start my cycle a couple days early.) I WISH I WOULD HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THESE YEARS AGO!!!!!! They are absolutely wonderful! After some practice I have the insertion and removal down to an art. (I found another site with alternate insertion folding methods which are helpful, as well as learning to 'push' it down with the muscles for easier removal instead of just trying to 'pull' it out. I have already started telling others about it and will be getting one for my daughter! Hopefully, there will be mass advertising for these in the near future so that all women wi! ll be informed of this wonderful product. I would have bought one years ago had I known they exsisted and I am positive that other women would too!”

I am an active sports person and The Keeper has allowed me to participate in sports when otherwise I would have had to “sit this one out.” Thanks for sharing your great invention. It has also helped me know about how much blood I lose during a cycle. Before The Keeper, the question from the medical experts was, “How many pads do you go through.” Ugh. “When I first encountered your product, most of your marketing compared 'The Keeper' to pads and tampons. As I was using neither, I wasn't altogether convinced 'The Keeper' would be the best product. I had been using for the last 4-5 years 'Instead' soft cups. Similar to 'The Keeper' it is an internal cup. I have now used 'The Keeper' for two months and am so pleased with your product. Unlike 'Instead' which was not re-usable, the Keeper is which is extremely convenient. I don't need to carry with me extra cups or pads or tampons or anything! And as I am about to embark on 4 months of world travels I really appreciate that feature. I find that your product, for me anyway doesn't leak as I have had happen with the soft cup. And lastly, I always ended up with a mess when removing the Instead soft cups. I have had none of that inconvenience with 'The Keeper'. I will be informing my girl friends of your products! thanks!”

“I really want to thank you for the Keeper. I hate my period and this is the only device that takes the hassel and worry out of the whole experience. I also don't like changing tampons or the hazards of them.
I dont have to cancel appointments or become anxious about my period interfering with my schedule anymore. I just put it in and try to forget about it because it is that dependable.
I like to use a pad with it and try to empty it often the first day or change the pad often. I also like flushing it away so it is not in my garbage basket or land fills.
It took me a while to get used to it I think because I have never given birth. I use it with KY cream because I was determined to have an easier life and now I AM IN CONTROL.”

Where have you been all my life? My 19 year old daughter found your site after doing research on tampons.
I am 49 years old and I am an unbelievably heavy bleeder. I couldn't wait for my periods to stop. Now I don't mind them at all. I am an executive sales director with a cosmetics company and have several hundred women in my area. They are all being told about "the Keeper". I shudder to think of all the things I didn't do, places I didn't go, events missed, etc. For fear of "bleeding all over."
